We do not use any tracking, analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. We do not use third-party marketing cookies or fingerprinting techniques.

These cookies are set by Clerk, our authentication provider, and are required to keep you signed in during your visit. They are deleted when you sign out or your session expires.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your data is shared only with:
- Clerk — our authentication provider. Clerk handles sign-up, sign-in, and session management on our behalf. Please refer to Clerk’s Privacy Policy for details on how they process your data.
- OpenAI — when you use the AI Reflections feature, the content of your journal entry is sent to OpenAI for processing in order to generate a response. You should not include personally identifiable information in entries you reflect on with AI. Please refer to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for details on how they process data sent to their API.
No other third parties receive your personal data as part of the normal operation of this service.
